As a Day-of Event Lead at our distinguished venues, you will gain exceptional experience working alongside a passionate venue team, the finest vendors from across the state, and high profile clients.  Your main objective will be to manage the event from the evening until venue close. You'll gain valuable customer service and management experience in the event & wedding industry, all while benefiting from a flexible schedule.


Be present and available to assist with any needs that arise from our clients and their families


Communicate with the catering team and all other vendors (DJ, Photographer, Florist, etc.) to ensure timeliness and a clear consensus of plan


Work alongside security to ensure gifts are secured, guests are safe, and venue rules are adhered to


Ensure the venue is guest ready for each phase of the event (all staff in place, music on, decorations precisely placed, etc.)


Use creative strategies to quickly and efficiently respond to any unforeseen issues


Manage end-of-event vendor strike


Exceptional customer service/client experience skills, able to build relationships and trust quickly
