EVENT COORDINATOR

As a Day-of Event Coordinator at our distinguished venues, you will gain exceptional experience working alongside a passionate venue team, the finest vendors from across the state, and high profile clients. Your main objective will be to manage the event from client arrival, through the wedding ceremony, and into the evening. You'll gain valuable customer service, leadership, and management experience in the event & wedding industry, all while benefiting from a flexible schedule.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients by ensuring their suites are in order (both in function and beauty)

 

Be present and available to assist with any needs that arise from our clients and their families

 

Communicate with the catering team and all other vendors (DJ, Photographer, Florist, etc.) to ensure timeliness and a clear consensus of the plan for the day

 

Ensure a comfortable and confident wedding party by orchestrating day-of ceremony rehearsals

 

Act as liaison between all individuals who have a role in the wedding ceremony to ensure a seamless ceremony from start to finish

 

Work alongside security to ensure gifts are secured, guests are safe, and venue rules are adhered to

 

Ensure the venue is guest ready for each phase of the event (all staff in place, music on, decorations precisely placed, etc.)

 

Use creative strategies to quickly and efficiently respond to any unforeseen issues
