WHAT'S INCLUDED

PHOTOGRAPHY | BELLAGALA

We'll have a talented photographer from the team at Bellagala onsite to capture all the moments of your time at The Van Dusen Mansion. They'll capture your ceremony, family groupings and portraits. You'll receive 300 high-res images from your petite wedding!

FLORAL | BELLAGALA

Another talented artist from Bellagala's team will be working with us to provide beautiful floral pieces around the venue. Our florist will create arrangements per their own discretion and you will receive these when you arrive onsite! Plus, you get to take the bouquet home!

VIDEOGRAPHY | BELLAGALA

To round out the Bellagala team, we'll have one of our best Videographers onsite to capture moments from the venue and your ceremony. Although your time at the venue may be short, your 90 second video will capture everything and create cinematic moments! You'll also receive RAW footage from the ceremony.

CAKE + CHAMPAGNE | MINTAHOE

Our talented catering partner, Mintahoe, will put together a beautiful cake for you and your guests to enjoy with a glass of bubbles. Lemonade, ice water, and iced tea will also be available. After booking, you'll get to choose from options for your cake and icing flavors. 

ALL THE DETAILS | VAN DUSEN MANSION

You'll work with our Site Director leading up to the day-of to finalize any details and create a timeline for your reservation. Details include catering, floral and music selection to play during the ceremony.

OFFICIANT

We'll provide a licensed officiant onsite to perform your ceremony. They will meet with you for a consultation to discuss your wants and needs during the service. They are able to perform Non-Denominational, Christian, Humanist, Spiritual, Jewish and Hindu ceremonies.

WHAT IS A PETITE WEDDING?

Long story short, a petite wedding is a "fancy elopement," a day that you share with a few other couples, but at different times! A short and drama-free way to celebrate your marriage with your closest loved ones, or just the two of you! You may also hear them referred to as a micro, mini, or even a pop-up wedding!

DO WE GET MARRIED WITH OTHER COUPLES?

Not at all! We have time slots to choose from, and each time slot is perfectly mapped out so you won't run into other couples, or have to worry about an event overlapping yours.

WHAT IS THE COST?

A Petite Wedding at The Van Dusen Mansion is $3,995. The cost includes our wonderful venue team and the team of vendors to make your day special!

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE INVITE?

Usually, we can accommodate 25 guests.

Need a few more? Our maximum guest count is 50. (Additional charge of $30/seat over 25). Guest counts over 50 would become a traditional booking, in which our team will work with you on customized pricing, and subject to a food/beverage minimum.​​​​​​​

WHAT TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?

Times available are:

10am - 1pm

1:30pm - 4:30pm

HOW IS TIME ALLOCATED DURING OUR RESERVATION?

Your experience is approximately three hours, with time for arrival and departure scheduled in. It will be structured generally like this:

Ceremony - 30 minutes

Mini Reception - 90 minutes

Photoshoot - 30 Minutes

DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOMIZATION?

Part of the deal that you get with a Petite Wedding is the stress-free experience of not making those decisions! That being said, we do not accommodate dietary concerns and some of our vendor partners offer limited add-ons or upgrades. Our officiant will also reach out to you to make sure that your ceremony is just how you want it.

CAN I GET READY ONSITE?

Please plan to arrive onsite ready to go just as if you were to walk down the aisle right away. You will be able to take photos in our suites mimicking your "getting ready" but there is not enough time allotted for full hair and makeup onsite.

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE VENUE?

Yes. You'll be able to access all parts of the venue and grounds for the duration of your Petite Wedding. Your ceremony will be held in the same location as all others that day, and will be selected by the Site Director per any weather restrictions.

WILL WE RECEIVE A MARRIAGE LICENSE?

Your marriage license must be obtained yourself and brought to the venue the day of the ceremony. The officiant will assist day of to complete the license.

ARE PETS WELCOME?

While we love animals, unfortunately they are not allowed to be onsite for your petite wedding.

WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN OFFICIANT OR PHOTOGRAPHER?

Great! You are more than welcome to provide your own officiant or photographer. However, money will not be deducted from the package price. Our officiant will still reach out for a consultation to provide guidleines and structure to ensure you stay within the time restraints for your ceremony.

Is a Petite Wedding for you?

Dates Are Limited
